A comprehensive awareness programme on menstrual hygiene was conducted for the students of Mahatma College of Education on August 8, 2024, in collaboration with SCI, Nileshwar.
The programme aimed to educate students on the significance of maintaining proper hygiene during menstruation.
The presidential address was delivered by the Principal, who emphasized the importance of menstrual hygiene and its impact on overall health. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Dr. A. Muraleedharan, who delivered the inaugural address.
A interactive session was conducted by a member of SCI, who provided valuable insights and information on menstrual hygiene. The session covered topics such as proper use of sanitary products, disposal methods, and maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation.
