The Environmental Week 2026 Quiz Competition was Organised by the Green Club
and Tourism Club of Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, in collaboration with
IQAC, on 10 June 2026 at 2:15 p.m. in the General Hall.
The programme was conducted as part of the Environmental Week celebrations to
create awareness about environmental conservation and sustainability among students.
Participants from different classes took part in the quiz competition with great
enthusiasm. The quiz covered various topics related to the environment, biodiversity,
climate change, conservation of natural resources, and sustainable development.
The event began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of environmental
protection. The competition consisted of multiple rounds, including general knowledge,
visual identification, and rapid-fire questions. The participants displayed excellent
knowledge and competitive spirit throughout the programme.
The audience actively supported the participants, making the event lively and engaging.
The winners were selected based on their overall performance and were appreciated for
their knowledge and teamwork.
The programme successfully enhanced environmental awareness among the students
