The first-year Mathematics students hosted the morning College Assembly at 9:30 a.m. in the General Hall of Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar. The program began with a prayer and the pledge, which was then followed by a news segment presented by Fathimath Dilshana to keep the audience informed on current affairs.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
For the “Thought for the Day,” Megha .N.G shared the inspiring quote “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” This is especially for future teachers. When you become teachers, you will encounter students who say, “I’m just not good at math” or “I’m not smart enough.” This quote is the perfect tool to teach them that intelligence and skill are built over time through the habit of practice, curiosity, and not giving up.
