The Interview Readiness Programme was conducted on 18 February 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Mahatma College of Education, in collaboration with IQAC and the English Literature Club. The programme commenced with a welcome speech by Ms K. Keerthi, Secretary of the Literature Club, Second-year English. This was followed by the inaugural address by Dr. Shanmugadas, Principal, Mahatma College of Education. The felicitation was delivered by Dr. Suresh Kokkot, Teacher Coordinator, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms Chaitanya K, joint secretary literature club.
The session was conducted by Mr. Lijin, Resource Person from Vijnanakerala, as an interactive session. He emphasized the importance of effective resume preparation and discussed key strategies and essential skills required to crack interviews successfully. The programme was informative, student-centred, and highly beneficial for the participant.
