On 23rd july 2026, the morning assembly at Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, was organized by the First Year B.Ed Physical Science department in collaboration with the IQAC. The event commenced at 9:30 AM in the General Hall with active participation from students and faculty members.
The assembly was anchored by Swathi, who conducted the programme confidently .The assembly began with a prayer by Devika S A and Nandana Rathnakaran, creating a peaceful and positive atmosphere. Devika M led the assembly in taking the pledge.
The thought for the day was presented by Sona K by the thought “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” This quote teaches us that success should never make us overconfident, and failure should never make us lose hope. Every experience in life gives us an opportunity to learn and become stronger. What truly matters is our determination to keep moving forward with confidence and a positive attitude. Let us face every challenge with courage and continue to work hard towards our goals.
This was followed by the news reading by Supriya Sukumaran, who shared important current affairs and news updates with the gathering. The programme then proceeded with the Principal’s Address, during which the Principal addressed the students and shared valuable thoughts and guidance. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
