REPORT ON ASSEMBLY

OPTION : MATHEMATICS

               A College Assembly was successfully conducted at Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, in collaboration with IQAC, on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the General Hall. The programme was organised by the 2nd Year B.Ed. Mathematics students. The assembly began with a solemn prayer led by Jyothsna J  and Gayathri P , invoking blessings for the smooth conduct of the programme. The programme was anchored by Krishnapriya C , who coordinated the proceedings confidently and effectively. This was followed by the pledge, administered by Ahmed Shabeeb , which reinforced the values of unity, integrity, and responsibility among the students. The news reading session was presented by Malavika, keeping the audience informed about important national and international events.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

           The Thought for the Day was delivered by Jilna T, focusing on the theme of Resilience. The thought emphasized that every failure is not an end, but a stepping stone towards success. It highlighted how setbacks serve as valuable lessons that strengthen our determination and refine our path toward our goals. This inspiring message encouraged students to develop a growth mindset, reduce the fear of making mistakes, and maintain positive mental health by viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.

     The programme was further enriched by the Principal’s Address, in which the Principal motivated the students to strive for academic excellence, uphold moral values, and actively participate in institutional activities. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, marking the end of the programme on a patriotic and respectful note..

MORNING BUZZ…

OPTION :  MATHEMATICS

               An activity was conducted by Alan Johny , which actively engaged the students and added vibrancy to the Morning Buzz… session . As the session was related to Republic Day, a video presentation was screened highlighting the historical journey and significance of Republic Day, the making of the Indian Constitution, and the core values of democracy and sovereignty. The visual presentation helped students gain a deeper understanding of India’s transition from a colony to a democratic republic and instilled a strong sense of patriotism and civic responsibility. As the session was related to Republic Day, a video presentation highlighting the significance of Republic Day, the Constitution of India, and the values of democracy was shown, creating patriotic awareness among the students.
