A farewell party was organized at Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, in
collaboration with the IQAC, to bid a warm and affectionate farewell to Sri. Sreekuttan M.
V., Assistant Professor in Physics, on 30/07/2026 at 2:00 p.m. He was leaving the institution
to pursue his Ph.D. in Education at the Central University of Kerala.
The programme was conducted in a cordial and memorable atmosphere with the
participation of the teaching and non-teaching staff. The programme began with a welcome
address by Dr. K. K. Shanmughadas, Principal, Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar.
Dr. Suresh Kokkot, IQAC Coordinator, Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar, and Dr. P.
C. Balakrishnan, President, Mahatma Educational Society, Nileshwar, delivered speeches
expressing their appreciation for Sreekuttan’s contributions, dedication, and association with
the institution. They shared their fond memories and conveyed their sincere wishes for his
future endeavours and academic pursuits. The teaching and non-teaching staff of Mahatma
College of Education, Nileshwar, also shared their fond memories and expressed their
gratitude and best wishes.
As a token of love and appreciation, the Principal presented a memento to Sri.
Sreekuttan M. V. The presentation added a special and emotional touch to the occasion.Sri.

for their support, encouragement, and memorable experiences during his association with the
college.The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Smt. Sharaniya B.,
Staff Secretary, Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar. The farewell party was a touching
and memorable occasion that left everyone with cherished memories and heartfelt wishes
for Sri. Sreekuttan M. V. for a bright and successful future.
