ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON “TEACH, ASSESS AND INNOVATE – A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO MODERN PEDAGOGY”
Govt. Brennen College of Teacher Education, Thalassery, has organized a one day workshop on “Teach, Assess and Innovate – A practical guide to modern pedagogy” on 10th February 2026 Tuesday at 10 am in the college auditorium. The teacher educators representing various B.Ed. training colleges under Kannur University had participated in the workshop. The objective of the workshop was to restructure the practice of lesson planning and achievement test construction in training colleges under the university in accordance with the policy directives of NCF and KCF of 2023.
The major outcomes of the workshop were,
1. The workshop reached in a common understanding among the teacher educators of various training colleges on the lesson planning and achievement test construction.
2. The workshop decided to give a memorandum to the university administration for giving directions to implement the same in the B.Ed. training colleges under the university.
