The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) meeting of the college was convened on 07-08-2025 to discuss quality enhancement initiatives and strategic plans for the academic development of the institution. The meeting was attended by the following members including the Principal, faculty members, management representatives, student representative and other IQAC members.

The meeting began with a discussion on the aims and objectives of the IQAC. Members emphasized the importance of maintaining and enhancing the overall academic quality of the institution through systematic planning and continuous monitoring. The meeting highlighted the need to promote faculty development and strengthen institutional management through the effective integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
The members also discussed strategies to encourage research and innovation in the field of education and to foster best practices in teaching–learning processes, curricular and co-curricular activities, and digital learning initiatives. The importance of collecting feedback from students, teachers, and parents to improve institutional practices and strengthen stakeholder engagement was also stressed.
During the deliberations, the committee recognized the need to establish a strong internal communication and networking system among various departments and to prepare the institution for external quality audits and accreditation processes. The members further reviewed the programmes and activities conducted by the college and discussed plans for future initiatives. The importance of proper documentation of all academic and co-curricular activities and their timely dissemination through the college website and social media platforms was also emphasized.
Several important resolutions were adopted during the meeting. It was decided to convene a joint meeting of faculty members and management representatives to prepare a comprehensive plan for the infrastructural development of the college, including laboratories, library facilities, ICT resources, green campus initiatives, cleanliness drives, sports facilities, and other amenities.
The Principal and the Staff Council were entrusted with the responsibility of preparing the Academic Calendar and planning programmes and activities for the academic year 2025–26. The meeting also resolved to assign documentation responsibilities to faculty members of various departments to ensure systematic record-keeping of all institutional activities.
Furthermore, the committee decided to organize and activate various student clubs under the guidance of designated faculty coordinators. The inauguration and functioning of these clubs will be scheduled accordingly. The meeting also resolved to undertake outreach and community development programmes in collaboration with local schools and other agencies within the college’s catchment area.
Another significant decision was the formation of an Alumni Association for the college. The committee resolved to initiate the process of registering the association with the appropriate government authorities and to actively involve alumni in the developmental activities of the institution.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing confidence that the decisions taken would contribute significantly to the academic excellence and overall development of the college.
