An Alzheimer’s Awareness Campaign was conducted on 14th October 2025 at 10:00 AM at Mahatma College of Education, Nileshwar. The programme was organized by the Lions Club of Nileshwar Queens in association with ARDSI.
The event was inaugurated by Ward Councillor V. V. Sreeja. She spoke about the importance of understanding Alzheimer’s disease and the need to care for affected people with patience and love.
The programme aimed to create awareness about Alzheimer’s, its symptoms, and early prevention. It helped students and participants understand how this disease affects memory and daily life.
The programme was successfully organized under the leadership of President Ln. Usha P.R., Secretary Ln. Bindu P., and Treasurer Ln. Smitha P.
Overall, the campaign was informative and created awareness among the participants.
